It is informed that MEA has conveyed that the need of NOC from NORI from the Ministry of Education is no longer required after taking into account PM’s ‘Ease of Living for citizens and reducing compliance burden’. This Ministry has published Public Notice in this regard on the Ministry’s website (https://www.education.gov.in/scholarships-education-loan-3).
